Start by going to the Integrations section inside your Octobox account and click into the Add Integration button

Select Intercom in the integrations list

Click either on Connect Intercom, to grant access using your Intercom login, or get an access token by clicking here, paste it into the Access token field and click on the Connect Intercom button right below it
